Adam here. October is looking busy. I’m delighted to be opening for James Yorkston during an 8-gig tour of England. I’m a big fan of his and looking forward to playing in some new places. I’ll list the destinations at the end of this blog. I’m doing this tour on a bit of a tight budget so I’m doing it solo. If anyone fancies offering me their couch/floor to sleep on then please get in touch at email@example.com or via Facebook. In exchange I can offer you free entry to the gig plus some CDs etc. Not to mention wonderful post-gig company.
We’ve got some full band things happening this month too including a gig at Dundee’s Beat Generator on Friday 3rd. I did an interview with Manic Pop Thrills to talk about it. Then there’s a full band Glasgow gig on Saturday 4th as part of the Tenement Trail festival. Catch us in in King Tuts at 10pm. And on the 25th we’re playing in Stirling for the Fused Festival. This one’s particularly good value – free for under 18s and £3 for over 18s.
I’m looking forward to all this gigging. Hope to see some familiar faces and some new ones. Remember and get in touch if you can offer shelter during the Yorkston tour!
